Over my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with an array of fascinating clients, including professional athletes, entertainers, startups, and Fortune 500 companies. Along the way, I negotiated collective bargaining agreements for the MLB umpires and NBA referees unions, managed business and legal affairs at a sports and entertainment agency, litigated the case that was the basis for the movie, The Social Network, and cofounded and managed Ballengee Group, a sports management and marketing agency. Now I’m entrenched at the intersection of sports and technology with SportTechie and teaching sports law, contracts, and negotiation at Georgetown University.
