Lee is Head of Strategy and Planning at Publicis Groupe Lausanne. At Publicis, Lee leads a team responsible for developing cultural trends, consumer insight, brand and communications strategy for multinational organisations based in Switzerland. With a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Research, he began his career as a consumer researcher, focused on understanding shifts in consumer attitudes and behaviour. For the last 20 years, he has specialised in brand and communications strategy, working with multinational organisations including P&G, Fiat, Kraft, Shell, HSBC, McDonald’s, Cadbury, IOC, Haleon, and Jaguar Land Rover.Lee has extensive experience of developing strategic brand partnerships with sporting organisations across athletics, cycling, football, Formula 1, Formula E, motorcycling, tennis, and rugby. He first undertook research into stakeholder attitudes to sustainability back in 1998, and has continued to develop this specialism ever since, including recent projects for Nespresso, PMI, and Haleon.
