Chief Research Officer at and Researcher at Institut des sciences du sport de l’Université de Lausanne (ISSUL), UNIL.

Nicolas Bourdillon, PhD in Human Physiology, worked for Swiss, French and American universities. He is specialized in exercise physiology, cardiovascular physiology, performance, stress and fatigue. His main interests are overtraining, sleep deprivation, altitude as well as the prevention and the remediation of harmful effects that they may cause. Currently working as R&D for his mission is to make health accessible using simple cardiovascular records that give insight into the autonomic nervous system function. By identifying and preventing fatigue and burn-out, benefits go to people for improved health, companies for increased productivity and insurances for decreased health costs.
