Dr. Maria Stukoff is well known for her work developing large scale projects in digital technology, videogames and creative industries. She is currently the Director of the Maker Space – an engineering flagship for Salford University to support industry collaboration in additive manufacturing, 3D fabrication and digital design, and is co-chair for the Esports Industry Relations programme fostering esports business and academic research.

She has a wealth of knowledge in commercial publishing of videogames in her former role at Sony PlayStation and established SONY’s global academy programme; PlayStationFirst, building a fleet of PlayStation accredited courses and global incubators to drive graduate start-ups and new IP. In those roles, she works closely with government and industry sector bodies to address the digital skill shortage and public speaker on gender equality challenges.
