Coralie Mc Connell

Coralie is sports marketing professional with a wealth of international experience in managing partnerships within the global sports industry. She worked directly with International Sports Federations, National Olympic Committees, commercial partners, agencies and sport institutions across North and South America, Asia and Europe. Starting her career in Olympic sports operations, Coralie now oversees the development and execution of the commercial programmes for Olympic host cities at the International Olympic Committee (IOC). After successfully delivering the complex Tokyo 2020 project, she now leads the $2.5 billion commercial project for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games and the integration of the IOC Global Partners into the national sponsorship programme. Coralie thrives on developing innovative collaborations and most recently led a new project with leading sporting brands including Adidas, Asics, Nike, On and Puma as part of a collaboration with the IOC and World Federation Sporting Goods Industry (WFSGI) to enhance visibility and sponsorship opportunities for athletes and National Olympic Committees during Paris 2024. The collaboration with the brands extended to the delivery of the IOC Uniform Support Programme, ensuring athletes from all National Olympic Committee’s were equipped with the best competition apparel for the Games.
