1. Cancellation – Refund
All cancellation request must be written to the following email address: email@example.com, by 31 January 2020. Your registration fee will be refunded to you. Bank details including IBAN and SWIFT code need to be sent by email (to the same address) in order for the reimbursement to be processed.
All reimbursements will be made after the event. No cancellation will be accepted after 31 January 2020.
In case of cancellation of the event by ThinkSport, the ticket price, excluding any other compensation, will be refunded to the purchaser. In case of force majeure, the situation will be examined by Thinksport on a case-by-case basis.
2. Name changes
Name changes request must be written to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, 7 days prior to the commencement of the event. Name changes will be facilitated free of charge.
No name changes will be facilitated 7 days prior to the commencement of the event and the ticket price will be forfeited.

3. Collection and use of Personal Data
It is Our aim, with regard to Your security and the protection of Your data, to ask You for the least possible personal data and to manage the necessary information as securely as possible. You provide some personal data when you register with the Registration Service. These include, for example, Your full name and your e-mail address. To process your bookings to Events, more information is collected and treated, e.g. the delivery address and/or Your mobile number, the method of payment preferred by You and, if applicable, Your bank or credit card details. We collect, save, process and use Your personal data only for the purposes of providing Our own services and for the purpose of registration to Events, and only to the extent necessary for this.
4. Purpose of the collect of Personal Data
Your Personal Data are compiled for the purpose of the registration to Events organized by the Event Organizer. ThinkSport, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, licensees, officers, agents, co-branders and other partners, as well as the Event Organizer, will use any of Your Personal Data You provided us to comply with Your requests.
We also use information collected for four general purposes: for technical administration of the Registration Service, for research and development to achieve and maintain a high service level and for customer information (to customise the content you see, to fulfil your request for certain products and services).
For some Events, ThinkSport puts in place a networking platform, through the Registration Service. In this regard, You have the possibility, by clicking the corresponding checkbox, to inform other participant to an Event about Your willingness to connect with them. These participants will then have the possibility, or not, to accept Your request to connect. The data You enter with regard to the networking platform are deleted after each Event.
5. Automatic Information
We also automatically receive and record information on Our server logs from Your browser including Your Internet Protocol address (IP address), which identifies Your computer, Our cookies information and the page You requested.
We, like many online services, may set and access cookies on Your computer. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to Your browser from a website’s computer and stored on Your computer’s hard drive.
We use its own cookies for number of purposes, mainly to:
a) Access Your information when You “sign in”, so that We can provide You with customized content;
b) Keep track of preferences You specify while You are using the Registration Service;
c) Estimate and report Our total audience size and traffic;
d) Conduct research and development to improve the Registration Service’s contents and services and achieve and maintain a high service level.
Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to Us. Safeguarding information to help protect You from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request Your credit card information, Your account ID, login password or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.
8. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Your Personal Data will be shared with the Event Organizer concerned by Your registration. This does not apply to the data related to Your payment, in particular Your bank, or credit card details.
We may also send information about You to other companies or people when:
a) We have Your consent to share the information; or
b) We need to share Your information to provide the product or service You have requested; or
c) We provide the information to companies who work on behalf of Us under confidentiality agreements; or
d) We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
e) We believe it is necessary, as determined in Our sole discretion, to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, emergency situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Our ‘s T&Cs, or as otherwise required by law.
Some of this data may be stored or processed at computers located in other jurisdictions, whose data protection laws may differ from the jurisdiction in which you live. In such cases, we will ensure that appropriate protections are in place to require the data processor in that country to maintain protections on the data that are equivalent to those that apply in Switzerland.
We want You to feel confident about using the Registration Service. For that reason, We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure Your information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, the Internet is an open system and We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use Your information for improper purposes.
If You communicate with Us by e-mail, You should note that the secrecy of Internet e-mail is uncertain. By sending sensitive or confidential e-mail messages or information which are not encrypted You accept the risk of such uncertainty and possible lack of confidentiality over the Internet.
10. Your right to access information
You are entitled to see the information held about You. If You wish to do this, please send us an e-mail at the following address email@example.com. We may require You to provide verification of Your identity to provide a copy of the information we hold. Please note that in certain circumstances We may withhold access to Your information where We have the right to do euro under current data protection legislation.
Subject to certain exceptions provided by the law on data protection, the information regarding Your Personal Data will be provided to You free of charge.
11. Updating/Deleting Your information
You may review, correct, update, change or delete Your Personal Data at any time by accessing Your account on the Registration Service. We will attempt to accommodate Your request for deletion if We do not have any legal obligation to retain the record. 12. Our policy towards children
If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided Us with personal information without their consent, he or she should delete the account (refer to: Updating/deleting Your information). If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without such consent, we will delete such information from our files.
