Law Graduate from the University of Montréal (Canada), Charles Frémont is UEFA’s Innovation Hub Manager since July 2021. In his role, he leads the innovation initiatives within European football’s governing body, organising activities that range from developing the agility internally to incubating new business ideas. Before joining UEFA, Charles was the Managing Director of Le Tremplin, Europe’s first ever sport specific start-up incubator.
He started his career as a Legal Advisor at Bombardier Transportation, in Montreal, Canada, before taking part in the FIFA Master in Law, Management and Humanities of Sport in 2014.
